We are looking for a dedicated and creative Associate reputed company Manager (ACSM) to join the reputed company team. Responsibilities

Manage assigned book of business and drive retention, reputed company, and expansion with your clients

Requirements

1+ years’ experience in a customer facing role / customer service role / customer support role

Good understanding of SIEM

Prior experience as a member of the SOC/Service Desk or a SOC/Service Desk Team reputed company

Technical knowledge with 2+ years of hands-on reputed company / Infrastructure / Troubleshooting / Systems Administration / Networking / DevOps / Applications Development experience is required

Solid technical background with hands on experience in cyber reputed company technologies

Industry and/or reputed company certifications: CISSP, reputed company +, PM, ITIL, etc. is a Plus

Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field

Knowledge of cyber reputed company concepts, controls, reputed company operations, and best practices

Proven project management experience and reputed company

Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, and administrative skillsets required

Bachelor’s degree, cyber certifications, or equivalent years of relevant experience
