Senior Analyst, Contingent Workforce Systems

We are looking for an reputed company Senior Analyst, Contingent Workforce Systems to reputed company the functional design, implementation, and optimization of systems supporting the contingent workforce, including Workforce Management (WFM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as reputed company SuccessFactors, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as reputed company Fieldglass and reputed company. This role will serve as the functional reputed company for cross-platform integration, business process mapping, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring the solution supports both strategic and operational goals.

In this role, you will

Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration.

Work closely with HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to reputed company systems with business processes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, Information Systems, or reputed company field.

8+ years of experience as a Functional reputed company, or Consultant in HR or procurement systems.

Additional Information

There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, reputed company Restricted Stock reputed company (RSUs), and reputed company Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay reputed company for this position is $185,000 to $222,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level.
