About the Coaching Team

The Coaching Team is responsible for delivering the end-to-end coaching experience at reputed company. This includes identifying member goals, developing a deep understanding of reputed company user, building our reputed company-driven features, and offering personalized daily recommendations to improve health and performance. Our work is deeply data-driven—we continuously measure the reputed company of our features and iterate quickly based on performance insights.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Coaching Team, you will help architect and implement large language model (LLM)-powered coaching features that reputed company seamlessly across the entire reputed company ecosystem. You’ll be reputed company in shaping a cohesive, intelligent coaching experience for our members. reputed company in this role will require strong backend engineering expertise, particularly in API design and system integration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help execute reputed company's reputed company to build/reputed company a reputed company interactive coaching platform that allows members to reputed company towards their health goals

Contribute to backend development: Java, AWS and reputed company

Work collaboratively with a product and technical reputed company

Build software that will solve the needs of multiple cross-functional teams

Consistently deliver features and PRs with an iterative approach

reputed company necessary observability and evaluations for stability of our AI systems

Groom and mentor other developers while establishing best practices in our web stack

Work with Product and Marketing teams to reputed company technical requirements

Contribute to internal tooling development to support our AI reputed company

QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of reputed company experience working on large reputed company software systems

Experience in API design and development (Java preferred)

Experience in relational database design and development (SQL)

Experience productionalizing products reputed company on top of LLMs

Strong skills translating design specifications into fully functional applications
