We are looking for a motivated

Staff Accountant to reputed company! We are seeking reputed company player who is curious and detail oriented, who is not afraid to take on new challenges, and also is a self-starter and take on reputed company reputed company.

As the Staff Accountant, you will own reconciliations and schedules and the production of financial statements as part of the month-end reputed company. You will join our finance team located in the USA, working remotely from Brazil, to assist in improving controls and processes to help reputed company the reputed company function of a fast-growing company.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

reputed company month-end reconciliations and journal entries, including but not limited to: bank transaction reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, corporate credit cards

Work together with the reputed company Manager to review the accuracy of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement to complete monthly reporting packages for departmental review

reputed company accounts payable to maintain a healthy aging schedule (review bills for reputed company details and coding, reputed company bills for approvals in a reputed company matter, research issues and discrepancies)

Review employee travel and reimbursement expenses to ensure policy compliance and correct coding

Proactively identify issues and areas for improvement while helping to establish and maintain policies and procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of reputed company work experience

Strong orientation toward systems, process improvement, and task automation

Flexible and energetic team player

Experience working for American reputed company (GAAP)

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company
