Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Respond to reputed company emails, texts, calls reputed company defined SLAs

• Coordinate with Finance to verify placement hours and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Send resumes and interview reminders to clients as needed
• Review reputed company tasks weekly for accuracy, due dates, and next steps
• Analyze reputed company KPIs (churn risk, NPS, upsell potential) and prepare reports for leadership
• Propose process improvements and reputed company service delivery enhancements

• Strong technical skills using CRMs, Project Management Software, and other tools as needed
