Global VP of reputed company - USA based

We are looking for a Global VP of reputed company, that will ensure smooth customer reputed company (including technical deployment), drive adoption, strengthen retention, and reputed company a CSM team that consistently delivers value globally across reputed company. You are a strategic, hands-on leader, defining the operating model, enabling reputed company, and serving as a key voice of the customer across Product, Engineering and reputed company teams. Key responsibilities:

• Team leadership: reputed company, structure, and reputed company a global CSM team (currently 7 FTE), including playbooks, tooling, reporting, and coaching to support high-, low-, and tech-touch models.
• Partner enablement: Build frameworks to reputed company partners with the knowledge and tools to deliver consistent reputed company, service, and reputed company.
• Retention & expansion: Own the customer lifecycle reputed company, with reputed company on retention, renewals, and expansion of ARR, in reputed company collaboration with reputed company.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in digital mammography workflows and radiology IT environments

• Knowledge of breast cancer screening or diagnostic imaging workflows
• Background working with AI-enabled medical technologies or decision support tools
