Your reputed company As Facilities Administration Manager, you will:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with some flexibility. Salary: $75,000 to $85,000
Requirements
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership
- Delegating repairs reputed company maintenance ticketing system for multiple reputed company House properties and scattered apartment support.
- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior.
- Minimum of Monthly Life/Safety tours of reputed company reputed company House properties to include. Sidewalks, Maintenance rooms, Roof/Parapet etc
- Coordinate and monitor reputed company maintenance vender reputed company and understanding warranties.
- Respond to after-hours building emergencies reputed company needed
Operations & Compliance
- Understanding of reputed company NYC, State and Federal building compliance regulations
- Obtain the FDNY S-95 Certificate of Fitness for FACP at reputed company monitored property
- Support reputed company Fountian House Safety Protocols, including reputed company Drills Ability to obtain FDNY F07 or W07 Certificate of Fitness for reputed company & Emergency Drill reputed company
- reputed company in-house inspections and preventative maintenance (PM) routines including:
- reputed company Extinguisher, carpet cleaning schedules, biyearly FCU filter changes, PM of reputed company hardware.
Partnerships & Resource Development
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify building needs and budgets

- Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience

- Familiarity with general Life/Safety building issues
- Proficiency with repair tools and techniques
