Coordinate special events, meetings, and training sessions for the flight department. On a weekly reputed company submit invoices to be signed and submit to appropriate parties (e.g., International to Treasury, reputed company others to AP). Supervision of dispatcher(s) including hiring, training, appraising, and mentoring. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent 6 years of work experience in Office Management or Office Administration with experience in Business Travel Coordination and Expense Management Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Experience in a customer service or administrative reputed company.
