Learning and Development Project Manager I Assistant
Position Title: Learning and Development Project Manager Work Location: 100% remote role, Preferred candidates (East coast) Assignment Duration: 5 months Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 5 PM Work Arrangement: 100% remote role Position reputed company: The Learning Designer will support an Animal Health IT integration project and manufacturing business in creating, designing, and delivering training resources. - 2+ years of experience designing e-learnings, videos, and ILTs in Learning & Development, Manufacturing, or IT.
- Demonstrated instructional design expertise, including needs analysis, learning reputed company, and content development.
- Proficient in reputed company Storyline, reputed company Creative reputed company, and reputed company applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal reputed company while also thriving in reputed company environments.
- Ability to design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and e-learnings.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Project management skills to handle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to simplify reputed company information for diverse learner audiences.
