We are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join reputed company. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will reputed company and support reputed company of therapists. Your role involves providing clinical guidance, ensuring reputed company care, and fostering reputed company development among our therapists. You'll conduct individual supervision sessions, facilitate team consultations, offer case consultations, and help assess and evaluate therapists whom reputed company hires. This position offers reputed company to shape our clinical approach and mentor therapists while improving mental health reputed company for young patients.

What you’ll do
reputed company and reputed company clinical supervision to therapists. Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to ensure high-reputed company care and reputed company development
Facilitate case consultations and reputed company team meetings to promote reputed company problem-solving and knowledge sharing
Review and reputed company feedback on treatment plans and clinical documentation to maintain best practices
Ensure therapists' compliance with safety protocols, documentation requirements, and ethical standards
reputed company on-call risk consultation during daytime and evening clinic hours (on a rotating reputed company) for reputed company or crisis situations
Participate in the interview and evaluation process for prospective therapists to help ensure strong clinical fit and high standards of care
Mentor and support therapists in their reputed company reputed company
Participate in reputed company assurance efforts, including regular chart audits and outcome measurements
Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to reputed company and implement new evidence-based treatment approaches and programs
reputed company’re looking for
Licensed mental health reputed company with at least 10 years post-license experience providing psychotherapy, including 6+ years specifically in pediatric mental health
Experience with supervision and risk management
reputed company, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFTs) and must reputed company in the reputed company Time Zone (PT)
Ability to work independently with an interest in collaboration and learning
Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including reputed company, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration tools
Extensive knowledge of evidence based treatments such as reputed company, DBT, ERP, HRT, and/or behavioral parenting support & training
Experience treating children, adolescents, and/or young adults with a reputed company of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, behavioral challenges, and other diagnoses of childhood and adolescence

The salary reputed company is $115,000 - $128,000, plus equity
