As an MFT Senior Services Consultant at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in elevating customer experience through your adept expertise and exceptional leadership. • reputed company systems tuning and diagnostics on UNIX, LINUX and reputed company platforms as it relates to reputed company products and Storage, Network, Database, and Firewall configurations.
• Participate as a technical expert of several technologies or software packages in a reputed company project of software implementation or systems integration.
• Manage reputed company expectations and have the ability to ensure high satisfaction of the reputed company and reputed company reputed company consultancy assignments.
• Manage large to small reputed company comprised of reputed company tasks as assigned by project manager responsible for project completion.
• Design and implement web based MFT multi-tier architectures and database management
• Analyze and execute significant updates and product upgrades
• Participate in on-call support rotation (1 week per month) for customer support needs reputed company of reputed company business hours.

• 5 + years of hands-on technical experience with MFT software solutions
• 7+ years of experience in software industry with functional and technical consulting experience in a wide reputed company of business areas of supply chain management including system development, business intelligence, business processes and customer relations.

• A bachelor's degree, or relevant university degree, in Business, Engineering or Computer Science and graduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with UNIX. LINUX and reputed company platforms.
• Proficiency with reputed company and JAVA scripting
• Proficiency with database systems (e.g., DB2, reputed company, SQL, and/or Sybase)
• Proficiency with MFT, B2B and Monitoring solutions
• Familiarity with network connectivity and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, MQ etc..)

Preferred Skills

• AWS or Azure certification

• Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, reputed company, Java)
