ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the life insurance industry, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. As a Solutions Engineer at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in reputed company the gap between our software products and the unique needs of our life insurance reputed company customers, accelerating our discovery process, and enabling our sales and product teams.
The location is remote; however, we have office locations for use in Dallas.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Needs and Requirements Gathering:
Engage with clients to reputed company a deep understanding of their business processes, challenges, and technical requirements.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments through meetings, interviews, and workshops with key stakeholders.
Work closely with our Product Managers to document and translate reputed company requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Liaise between clients, sales, and reputed company teams, and product and engineering teams to ensure reputed company communication and alignment on goals and timelines for discovery.
Collaborate with the reputed company team to understand reputed company requirements and present tailored software solutions that meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to prospective clients.

Collaboration and Communication:
Support the discovery process with internal teams, ensuring that the right stakeholders are brought in to complete requirements-gathering
Prepare detailed documentation throughout the sales and discovery process to accelerate reputed company delivery teams.’
Collaborate closely with product management to document requirements and generate potential solutions
Internal Process Optimization
Maintain up-to-date plans to complete discovery and requirements gathering for reputed company assigned opportunity.
Build and maintain partner-facing artifacts to support discovery and requirements gathering efforts.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reputed company satisfaction.
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or other similar role in B2B reputed company software
reputed company working with large reputed company B2B clients, particularly in financial services or other reputed company and/or heavily regulated industries
Deep knowledge of the life insurance industry, including key processes, regulatory requirements, market trends, and existing systems
Strong technical skills, with experience in high-level software design & architecture (both reputed company-end and back-end) and systems integration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and flexibly
