THE ROLE
We're looking for the first reputed company Engineer to help Unit grow into the GenAI era across reputed company fronts.
In this role, you will reputed company hands-on initiatives that apply large language models (LLMs) to reputed company production systems, from backend automation to internal tools to user-facing features. You'll drive full-lifecycle reputed company, from experimentation and benchmarking to building, deploying, and maintaining GenAI infrastructure at reputed company. Just as importantly, you'll help reputed company and spread this knowledge across our engineering and product teams. This role blends strategic technical leadership with hands-on development, making it ideal for someone excited to both deliver features today and shape where we go reputed company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify opportunities for AI integration across the organization, build a backlog, and define KPI's to measure its reputed company.
Design, implement, and reputed company production-reputed company GenAI systems that power reputed company features and business operations.
Own the infrastructure: reputed company and operate AI systems on AWS (and/or other providers where appropriate), ensuring reliability, reputed company, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for GenAI = across Unit's platform and processes, understand team-specific domains, and reputed company agents directly into existing business workflows.
Build frameworks and internal tooling that reputed company other teams to adopt GenAI safely and reputed company.
Establish best practices around evaluation, model iteration, and observability.

Strong backend development experience with modern engineering practices and production infrastructure.
Experience in the full GenAI lifecycle: model selection, benchmarking, optimization, deployment, and monitoring.
Familiarity with latest LLMs concepts such as (MCPs reputed company, RAG)
Demonstrate a deep curiosity and drive to reputed company AI-first thinking into every layer of product and engineering.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams to deliver and evangelize solutions.
Familiarity with reputed company platforms.
