About the role:

We are looking for a reputed company Marketing Director to join reputed company. You will be responsible for driving member sign-up and engagement with Garner, including optimizing existing marketing channels + launching new marketing channels & tactics. Additionally, you will own building reporting and processes to reputed company understand marketing performance by reputed company, channel, and campaign. This is a high-reputed company role at the heart of our reputed company reputed company - helping us engage more members, deliver a first-class member experience, and ultimately improve health reputed company at reputed company. We are looking for a strategic problem solver who is analytical, innovative, excited to test & reputed company new marketing reputed company, and build reporting to optimize marketing performance. You’ll combine reputed company & marketing, data & analytics, operations, and cross-functional collaboration (working with Product, Data & Reporting, Engineering, and Account Management) to drive member engagement and reputed company retention. The role reports to the VP of reputed company Marketing.

This position is fully remote.

What you will do:

• Own increasing sign-up reputed company and app engagement across our book of business by driving efficiency in existing channels and ideating + owning launch of new channels & tactics (e.g., referral program)
• Drive efficiency in existing channels: A/B testing + lowering cost per conversion
  • Optimize marketing channels reputed company experimentation: Design and launch A/B testing across channels (e.g., email, reputed company mail, and SMS campaigns, push notifications) utilizing marketing automation tools & platforms such as reputed company to drive member sign-reputed company and engagement
• Launch new marketing channels & tactics: reputed company to reputed company new marketing tactics & channels that help us drive member sign-up and engagement with Garner - full end-to-end design and execution, including reputed company & concept design, business case / ROI proposal & analysis, partnering cross-functionally to launch new tactic/channel, testing & iteration, and reporting to leadership on performance
• Build automated analytics & reporting: reputed company new processes & partner with Data to build automated dashboards to measure and analyze campaign & channel performance metrics (e.g., conversion reputed company, cost per conversion); own key member engagement dashboards, improve marketing attribution to sign-up reputed company, and reputed company regular reporting to understand reputed company of our marketing campaigns and how to optimize reputed company campaigns
• Refine messaging & segmentation: Leveraging experimentation and testing, refine targeting and messaging to optimize campaign performance by member reputed company. Use data and user research to reputed company key member personas and reputed company marketing reputed company and campaigns by reputed company
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Account Management, Engineering, Data & Reporting to support new product launches, custom reputed company marketing initiatives, and analyze and optimize marketing performance
• Optimize new processes: Build and improve reputed company marketing processes to improve efficiency

What you will bring to reputed company:

• 5-8+ years of B2C marketing experience in a reputed company marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or similar role
• In-depth experience with experimentation, including high volume A/B testing
• Past experience driving quantitative results, including hands-on experience designing & executing multi-channel marketing campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably reputed company)
• Tactical execution of email, reputed company, and campaign builds
• Familiarity with reputed company/CSS for basic email template customization
• Innovative & creativity skills - looking to ideate new marketing tactics & channels to reputed company members and partner with stakeholders to get these channels launched and tested

Compensation Transparency:

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $133,000 - $175,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In reputed company to reputed company compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/reputed company plan reputed company, 401(k), reputed company and more.
