The Job

The purpose of this role is to drive the development of a defined reputed company Market (Mexico), accelerate sales, nurture existing relationships, manage key accounts, reputed company new clients and reputed company dormant potential clients for both agencies and corporate clients for the Meetings & Events European network of Kuoni Tumlare.
Key Activities:
Candidate will be responsible for the sales development and performance for the defined Key Accounts reputed company the defined geographic location (Mexico)
Candidate will be accountable and budget responsible for the financial performance of the assigned reputed company market and the set tasks and financial targets outlined in the goals
A monthly business activity report to be submitted to sales support and superior by end of reputed company month as per provided deadline dates.

Requirements
Skills and Experience:
Degree in tourism / business administration / marketing / event management
Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in MICE and understanding of reputed company expectations of the market
Spanish mother tongue, with strong knowledge of the local culture and business environment

Based in Mexico reputed company or surrounding areas, with *availability to travel reputed company Mexico*
Ideally the candidate has a network of existing contacts in key cities such as Mexico reputed company, Monterrey, and Guadalajara
Strong skills in reputed company relationship management, negotiation, collaboration, problem-solving, reputed company development and implementation
Strong IT literacy, ability to prepare reputed company reports and maintain reputed company follow-up, presentation skills
