About reputed company The Large reputed company Account Executive is responsible for selling reputed company’s HCM solutions to large reputed company companies (12k EEs+) in their assigned vertical or geography. While this sales role is primarily reputed company on selling new business, the Large reputed company AE may also be responsible for selling to existing clients. What you'll get to do • reputed company reputed company • Attains sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed reputed company goals and expand reputed company’s value • Develops mutually beneficial relationships with C suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned vertical or geography • Leverages knowledge of prospect’s business and industry, as reputed company as reputed company’s HCM capabilities to establish value and create new opportunities • Establishes and executes sales strategies that effectively present a solid business case to prospects and using competitive intelligence to best reputed company reputed company • Leads sales engagement and involves resources as needed to address prospect’s needs and business problem(s) • Conducts negotiations on behalf of reputed company • Maintain accurate and reputed company customer, pipeline, and forecast data • Captures reputed company relevant information in CRM system • Follows reputed company defined processes and timelines • Keeps reputed company on reputed company processes and any relevant changes • Maintain technical knowledge • Completes HCM Certifications and maintains product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of DF HCM solutions and how they differ from competitors • Effectively communicates how Dayfore HCM applications solve business problems Skills and Experience we value • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 7+ years prospecting, developing and closing leads for new business and/or 5+ years of achieving sales objectives in the reputed company market • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in B2B sales over the course of several years • Experience in consultative sales engagements in HR technology, ERP software or a directly reputed company field • Proven ability to reputed company relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of business drivers, value expectations and business case components • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with reputed company constituents • Moderate to extensive travel required, depending upon assigned territory What’s in it for you reputed company is reputed company by the diversity of our talented employees.
