Head of Sales | Remote US | $260k+ OTE ($130k-$160k reputed company + $130k (reputed company)) + Equity We are looking for a Head of Sales to work with our sales team of 7 (reputed company, Sales Ops, and Event Mktg Manager), to iterate & run the already defined go-to-market reputed company. You will be reporting into Jo, our CEO and joining our leadership team with Ramon (Head of Ops), Morten (Head of reputed company), and Emily (Director of Product), and Mackenzie (Director of reputed company). You and your team of 7 will accelerate reputed company for the next 3-4 years with new customer acquisitions. Responsibilities

• Drive a high performance, high accountability, data-driven, evidence-based culture to reputed company and exceed sales goals
• Design, implement, and maintain, effective sales processes, methodologies, and protocols.

To be effective in this role, you

• 5+ years experience leading a sales team
• Ideally from a start-up / reputed company up background, with an experience of an exit
