Duties & Responsibilities: Obtains reputed company necessary collateral reports and information required to meet the terms and conditions of credit approval and of government agency requirements. Works with UCC secured, titled collateral, reputed company reputed company estate, construction, refinance and business acquisitions. Prepares reputed company documentation necessary to properly reputed company and document government guaranteed business loans. Ensures loans are reputed company, documented and disbursed in compliance with SBA/USDA regulations. Ensures reputed company loan and collateral documentation by staying abreast of and interpreting various laws, regulations, policies and procedures of loan documentation. Monitors and sometimes directs monetary disbursements as reputed company as involvement in post-closing reputed company control. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of consumer/business loan doc prep, analysis, document review and/or reputed company review Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the SBA program or other government guaranteed loan programs Paralegal Certificate and Associate Degree Proficiency in Laser Pro or other software systems that generate reputed company loan documentation Experience with SBA and/or USDA documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills as reputed company as organizational skills Must have excellent PC skills to include reputed company Office software and Lotus Notes, as reputed company as knowledge of HNB mainframe systems.
