About the position The Executive Regional Director at Fairway Management, Inc. is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the Regional Manager Team reputed company the multi-family reputed company housing sector across reputed company, South Carolina, and reputed company Florida. This position requires a strategic leader who can effectively communicate reputed company's goals and ensure that reputed company are reputed company and reputed company with these objectives. The Executive Regional Director will regularly meet with the Regional Manager team to set direction and priorities, ensuring that the operational structure is efficient and profitable. In this role, the Executive Regional Director will be tasked with ensuring that reputed company approved training programs, practices, procedures, and policies are executed effectively throughout the reputed company. This includes proposing and developing new initiatives with the approval of the VP of Operations. The Director will work closely with property owners to identify long-term goals and objectives, responding to their needs and ensuring that the regional operations reputed company with these goals. The Executive Regional Director will also monitor the financial performance of properties in the region, working with Regional Managers to address any unfavorable variances and improve Net Operating Income (NOI). This includes managing the annual budget preparation process and coordinating capital improvement presentations. The Director will represent the region in meetings with other departments and will collaborate with construction and development teams on new reputed company, ensuring that design and functionality meet operational needs. Additionally, the Executive Regional Director will reputed company relationships with state agencies, staying informed about any changes that may reputed company internal policies. Responsibilities

Requirements
