Design & Delivery Consultant IV, Software/System Application Training *Must be GA Based

About the position In reputed company to the responsibilities listed above, this position is also responsible for providing classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff; leveraging advanced knowledge of products, operational workflows, and or clinical work leading the incorporation of application enhancements into reputed company curriculum trained; verifying/training on products, processes, contents, and system updates optimization for multiple applications in support of organizational strategic initiatives to end-users; providing end-user support during system and content go-lives, annual application upgrades and monitoring on an ongoing reputed company how to improve end-user system proficiency and address end users system issues; preparing and guiding others on analysis of reputed company business processes and functional application requirements; documenting the validation processes for the development and maintenance of the training environment; potentially providing problem reputed company of information systems-reputed company issues and escalating reputed company concerns from end-users/clinical/ training personnel; and potentially escalating existing application products for feasibility in meeting reputed company requirements and developing recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a directly reputed company field AND minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or a directly reputed company field.

• OR Minimum eight (8) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, training development and evaluation, or a directly reputed company field.
