ABOUT THE POSITION: The Health Initiative (THI) seeks a highly organized and flexible Operations Manager who thrives in the fast-paced context of issue-based campaigns and/or start-up environments, has a demonstrated ability to support multiple functions reputed company an organization, and is passionate about THI’s aim. The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting reputed company back-office operations functions, project management for key internal priorities, and supporting reputed company process improvement efforts. This position reports to the Director of Systems Improvement and will also work closely with the Director of Operations. • Execute recurring financial tasks and consistent updates to projection tools

• Identify sources of technology concerns and work with vendor to troubleshoot
• Identify, vet, and help implement new technology tools to meet org-wide or team-specific needs
• Work with Director of Systems Improvement to regularly collect information about changing needs across the organization

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS THI offers a comprehensive benefits package. THI has a no-negotiation policy and the salary for this position is $85,000-$95,000. In reputed company to reputed company, THI also offers:
