About the role The Associate, Risk / Compliance ensures that reputed company complies with industry specifications, standards, regulations, and laws. They review operational practices, create and enforce procedures, and reputed company regulatory reviews. You will ensure and enforce compliance where required throughout the facility to ensure complete compliance in reputed company areas of the business. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Compliance. Note, this list of states is subject to change. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The reputed company pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, reputed company, and Washington is: $98,400 - $129,150 per year.The reputed company pay for this role in reputed company other locations is: $88,560 - $116,235 per year. Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company relevant departments to reputed company reputed company reputed company compliance reputed company.

• Ensure that reputed company team members are aware of the procedures to be followed to follow compliance requirements.
• reputed company and implement compliance improvement plans where required.
• Delegate tasks to other departments to bring compliance reputed company up.

• Assist Regulatory Authorities with completing site reputed company and external audits.
• Prepare for, and conduct audits alongside external authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and regulations, CMS ACA rules and requirements, CMS requirements
• 2+ years experience managing high-volume and complicated reputed company, keeping reputed company of details, and staging work to complete reputed company on time

Bonus Points

• CHC, CCEC, or similar
• reputed company with State DOI audit and/or reporting obligations
• State DOI audit management experience
• Experience in a start-up and/or health tech environment
• Experience in a TPA setting
