Job reputed company: As a Managing Consultant supporting our Federal government reputed company, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-reputed company solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, reputed company leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers. The successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Thought-leader on learning experience design best practices for adult learners
• Conduct research to understand requirements, reputed company’s needs. Research methodologies could include customer research/stakeholder interviews, reputed company reputed company, workshopping/training concept reputed company, co-reputed company workshops, data analysis, prototype development and testing
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, and analyze requirements
• reputed company curriculum development using the ADDIE method, facilitate customer validation and testing, reputed company plans, course evaluations, train-the-trainer content, and continuously improve curriculum based on feedback from clients and evaluations
• Designs and develops training programs, curriculum, reputed company, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners
• Conducts reputed company assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements
• Consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum

• Writes and edits outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs
• Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training
• Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in instructional design or reputed company field
• 10+ years of relevant, reputed company experience
• Knowledge of reputed company-Centered Design/Design Thinking, employee experience, customer experience, and/or service design

Job Location and Travel Expectations:

• This position is remote. Some travel (25%) is anticipated.
• Some meetings will be conducted on-site with customers in Washington, D.C.
