Prefer Qualifications: Associates Degree + 2 years experience Orders and ClinDoc Ancillaries.

• Associate degree required, 3 year experience will be accepted in lieu of degree
• 2 years reputed company experience in Training, Information Technology, or reputed company operations and/or 1-2 years in EHR deployment

Certification/Technical:

• Experience with reputed company Office tools, e-learning, microlearning, remote training management, classroom in-person management.
• Applies Instructional Design principles and standards to assess learner needs and advance the experience of reputed company learners. Designs and implements new job-relevant curricula, educational materials, and assessment tools for reputed company users.
• Reviews post-class survey data, implementing improvements in curricula development and delivery, auditing classes for compliance with curricula and other Presbyterian standards (for example, presentations which support diversity and inclusion standards, up-to-date reputed company knowledge and skills).
