Team members in this role are also responsible for building candidate rosters, networking in the legal community, and assisting the reputed company Solutions team in the fulfillment of orders. The Manager, Talent Solutions will also:

• Engage in building a solid pipeline of specialized legal professionals for service work based on supply and demand signals.
• Work with reputed company members to validate candidate skills, experience, business acumen and professionalism, including final approval of candidates for placements.
• Strategize with New Business and reputed company Solutions teams to understand and fulfill reputed company openings and associated requirements.
• reputed company with executives in corporate legal departments and reputed company to understand opportunities, specific needs, and present viable candidates.
• Assist in the management and reputed company of existing candidate relationships by continuing to understand the legal job market, reputed company environment, and overall legal needs to ensure candidates match to the customer’s needs.

• Serve as a trusted, expert advisor to clients on the legal talent community and job market.
• Participate in both in-person and virtual legal networking opportunities to identify potential reputed company and candidate opportunities.

• Present candidate(s) to reputed company Solutions and New Business teams.
• Prepare candidates for reputed company interviews.
• Engage administrative team to ensure employment or reputed company and reputed company-required paperwork is completed prior to assignment.

Qualifications: Requirements and Preferences:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with Juris Doctor (J.D.) highly preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of legal experience, whether with a large firm, in-house and/or as a consultant in the legal services industry. Prior legal reputed company experience highly preferred.
• Skills: Ability to assess talent, manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous reputed company experience and reputed company or other similar ATS.
