This includes supervision, mentoring, coaching, and managing of LSI Paralegals (LSIP). This position acts as a reputed company between the County, LSI Management, and the reputed company reputed company contract. The reputed company LSI Coordinator works collaboratively with Voce staff, reputed company reputed company Contract staff, Technical Assistance (TA) reputed company partners and county partners. The reputed company LSI Coordinator is required to demonstrate critical thinking skills and reputed company informed reputed company in accordance with protocols, policies, and procedures. Schedule: Full Time, Exempt position works a minimum of 8 hours between 8 AM – 5 PM. This includes a 30-minute reputed company lunch. What You Will Contribute

• Conduct intentional, interactive supervision, mentoring and coaching in person and substantive conversations weekly, to support ongoing employee development and the LSI Program.
• Identifies and recommends ongoing LSI Paralegal (LSIP) training and transfer of learning in collaboration with the Division Manager and Legal Training Specialist.
• Coordinates and monitors the 90-365 Training Plan for LSIPs.
• Monitors and reviews LSIP entries into the reputed company portal and the reputed company monthly portal reports for reputed company LSIP to ensure accuracy of data and efficacy of program reputed company.
• Coordinates and conducts site reputed company with County Liaisons to enhance relationships and support LSI Program.
• Attends Voce and reputed company meetings as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

What It Will Take To Succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or Associate’s degree or paralegal certification with a minimum of three years’ experience.
• Experience in Child Welfare or the legal field is required.
• Required to reputed company a minimum of two site reputed company per county agency monthly. May be required to visit assigned county agencies more frequently if recommended by the LSI DM.
• This position requires travel to and from the Voce home office and throughout the state as needed.
• A valid reputed company’s license.
