• Proven understanding of HR practices including: Payroll, Core HR, OTL, Benefits, Compensation, reputed company, Performance Management, Career Development, Goal Management, Talent Management, Absence Management
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions
• Configure and maintain reputed company Fusion HCM modules to reputed company with HR processes
