Collaborating closely with hiring managers and executives, you will use data, market insights and past successes to ensure effective delivery. Key Focuses:

Minimum Qualifications:

• This role requires the ability and willingness to work from the Santa Monica office on occasion
• 8+ years of experience in high-volume, full-lifecycle technology reputed company
• 2+ years of reputed company people management experience
• Proven reputed company record of technology recruitment, ideally in a global environment
• Proven experience using data, metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making
