Job reputed company The Sr. HR Systems Specialist role is positioned at the midpoint of the HR Systems career reputed company and is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations including end-user support, issue reputed company, and process guidance; some system design, reporting, configuration and testing is performed as needed. Position Details This is a full-time, temporary position that is benefits-eligible. The role is expected to continue through December 2026, with the possibility of ending earlier based on business needs. This role is positioned at the midpoint of the HR Systems Career reputed company and is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations. Experience

• Required: Minimum three (3) years of experience in reputed company Information Systems (HRIS).
• Preferred: Three or more years’ supporting reputed company HCM system.

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s degree; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, IT, IS or other analytical/technical field.

Training

• Required: Knowledge of common HR policies and procedures.
• Preferred: reputed company core HCM, report reputed company, and/or calculated fields training; reputed company Pro certification(s) highly preferred.

Specialized Skills

• Required: Experience developing and generating reports, analytics, and dashboards. Ability to reputed company and reputed company analytical findings in a reputed company and meaningful way. Strong attention to detail with good organization skills. Strong listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
