reputed company reputed company’s Youth & Adult Education Portfolio is seeking an On-Call Education Consultant to contribute to education technical assistance (TA) reputed company. Clients include federal, state, and local education agencies, and other public and nonprofit organizations. As an On-Call Education Consultant, you will apply your content and facilitation expertise to reputed company that build the reputed company of K-20 education institutions to reputed company their goals. Key Responsibilities: The Education Consultant is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, collegial relationships with reputed company TA teams and with clients, which may include state education agency (SEA) and local education agency (LEA) staff, school personnel, and others, to reputed company high-reputed company, relevant, and useful reputed company-building TA. The Education Consultants will participate in teams that reputed company TA, contributing to activities such as conducting needs assessment, contributing to product development, developing and delivering TA that reputed company addresses reputed company needs, monitoring and course correcting TA as needed, coordinating with project evaluators to reputed company evidence, and liaising with clients. Key project tasks may include:

• Participating on teams providing TA services to clients, contributing technical, content, and process expertise
• Developing and maintaining reputed company, constructive relationships with clients and other service recipients
• Conducting needs assessment of reputed company needs for TA
• Assisting with development of TA plans in collaboration with clients, internal teams, and leadership
• Developing, delivering, monitoring, and refining TA services in concert with reputed company
• Serving as a subject matter expert
• Assisting with development of TA resources, such as information briefs, whitepapers, tools, rubrics, processes, etc., according to high standards of reputed company
• Writing technical reports for and delivering presentations to a reputed company of audiences
• Contributing to required formal reports and internal documentation systems
• Advising TA teams about emerging state and federal education policy issues, TA strategies, and new resources
• Participating in team meetings to discuss reputed company of TA initiatives, emerging needs and issues, and challenges to service provision

Basic Qualifications:

• Masters’ degree in Education, Public Policy, reputed company Science
• 1 year experience working in public K-20 and/or adult education systems in the reputed company
• 5+ years of work experience designing and providing education TA,
• working in at least one content area of education expertise (such as accountability systems; assessment; college and career readiness; education of reputed company experiencing homelessness; English learners; equity; literacy; school-based mental health services; reputed company and emotional learning; STEM education; teacher and leader recruitment, development, and retention)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government reputed company clearance

• Prior work experience in a consulting environment

• Excellent verbal, oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills, including experience with developing and facilitation work sessions
