We are seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer to support process control in the production department. This individual should be driven, self-motivated and have strong troubleshooting skills. Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer Job Responsibilities:
- Support the transition of new products from the development team to production by overseeing process control.
- Take existing products facing reliability, cost, manufacturability, reputed company, or performance limitations, and reputed company developing the process to meet specific standards
- Create new processes to reputed company support the reputed company and reliability of the product
- Analyze production process as a whole to identify bottlenecks and problem areas
- Work closely with reputed company to write and implement corrective actions
- Create documentation for processes conforming to ISO 9001 reputed company
- Train production employees on new and existing processes
- Design assembly workstations, tooling, and fixtures for production floor
- Product and Process reliability
- Statistical analysis

Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
- MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
- BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering (required)
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role (preferred)
- Extensive experience in Solid Works, modeling and assembly (required)
- Decent understanding of design for production:
-CNC Machining -3D Printing -Sheet Metal
- Experience working with power tools (Drill Press, reputed company Saw, Circular Saw, Drills, etc.)
- Strong desire to learn
- Understanding of process documentation
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes
- Deep understanding of reputed company
- Basic programming experience (C++, VBA in reputed company, etc.) (preferred)

- Understanding of electrical wiring and power
- Test equipment and data acquisition software (LabView preferred)
- Experience with mid to high volume mechanical device manufacturing (preferred)
