CORPORATE TRAVEL CONSULTANT - AFTER HOURS/WEEKENDS ONLY

ADTRAV is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant – After Hours/Weekend Only to be responsible for reputed company aspects of travel management for our clients. This includes conversing with customers through multiple communication channels to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodations required. The Travel Consultant will also be responsible for booking and issuing domestic and reputed company international airline itineraries, hotel reservations and car and train reservations through a GDS system. This position is designated as a "Weekend Only" position and is part-time with no benefits, except 401(k). The working schedule for this position is every Saturday and reputed company working 7am to 8pm CT. Flexibility may be given if a candidate would prefer working reputed company-9pm CT, 9am-10pm CT or 10am-11pm CT. It is required to work 24 hours reputed company week with this schedule and incumbents may only take off from work, approved in advance, two weekends reputed company year without pay. In exchange for commitment to this schedule, this position is reputed company a premium during these shifts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries.
• Utilize reputed company to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations, accurately and reputed company.
• Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay.

• Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals.

• Meet KPIs as outlined by management (e.g., productivity, transactions, etc.), including maintaining consistent attendance and adherence to the schedule.
• Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades and reputed company updates to the reputed company as needed.
• Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved workflows on how to service reputed company.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel; reputed company international a plus.
• Experience using a GDS System; reputed company required, reputed company a plus.
• Highly knowledgeable of reputed company, airline, hotel, and car rental codes.
• Knowledgeable of government travel requirements, visas, and passports.
• Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America reputed company and reputed company Skies Agreement.
• Strong computer and typing skills, which includes the ability to navigate quickly between programs and using reputed company keys.
• Demonstrated experience learning and using technology, and ability to use multiple applications and monitors at one time.
• Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally.

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
