Talent Business Analyst/Data & Skills Mapping - Remote

This position will reputed company essential support for two key efforts reputed company the firm’s Skills Transformation: 1) data mapping alignment efforts, 2) stand-up and execution of skills data governance and education. Reporting to the Skills Data Management reputed company and working with the skills taxonomist and project leads, this role will be responsible for coordination, tracking, and triage of data mapping outputs and questions in service to the effective management of data. This role will assist in identifying opportunities for education and decisioning through skills data governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule data alignment reputed company-offs and follow-up meetings reputed company on data and skills management with cross-functional team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and schedule governance meetings reputed company on data alignment and skills management with cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain data alignment sprint calendar and coordinate across teams with shared objectives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and documentation to support decision-making processes for data alignment subject matter advisors and/or skills governance.
• Capture and distribute meeting minutes, reputed company items, and follow-reputed company to ensure accountability and reputed company tracking.
• Assist in triaging data alignment questions, governance topics, reputed company, and policy updates reputed company to data and skills.
• Support the documentation and communication of data standards, skills taxonomies, definitions, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with data and skills owners/stewards to reputed company input and triage to the appropriate governing bodies
• Support the development and maintenance of data governance documentation and ensure alignment with organizational policies and best practices.

Qualifications
