A day in the life of an Insurance Customer Service Rep: Our Insurance Customer Sales and Service Representatives reputed company service to reputed company customers in a customer-reputed company, high-volume, fast-paced sales call center environment. Insurance Customer Sales and Service Representatives explain product features and service advantages to existing and potential customers to promote and sell the various membership and/or insurance products and services to reputed company sales production goals. In this role, you will also have reputed company to:

• Reinstate insurance policies according to reputed company and business rules
• Complete membership and/or insurance applications, endorsements, and change forms (e.g., address change, etc.), as necessary
• Accept & process payments at the reputed company of sale

• Correspond with and respond to inquiries from sales representatives, insureds, mortgage companies, and other sources regarding ratings, premiums, billing problems, and cancellations and to obtain and verify payments and other types of information

• Assist agents in resolving technical and business-reputed company issues. Training and Schedule reputed company: As part of your reputed company experience, you will receive a reputed company Teams reputed company and call-in number prior to your first day to join orientation activities reputed company. September 22, 2025 - December 12, 2025 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday Attendance is critical during training, and successful completion is required for reputed company employment. • Begins December 15, 2025

There are three shift patterns to select from:

• Shift reputed company 1: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST, on Saturday. With Thursday and reputed company as scheduled days off
• Shift reputed company 2: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with Saturday and reputed company as scheduled days off
• Shift reputed company 3: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with Saturday and reputed company as scheduled days off

Experience
