We're seeking a compassionate and empathetic Senior Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and providing support to our members, providers, and plan sponsors.

In this remote, full-time position, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule of 9am-5:30pm MST. You will handle customer service inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company guidance on member plans, benefits, and resources. Your goal will be to create an emotional reputed company with our members, understand their needs, and champion their best health.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues reputed company telephone, internet, or written correspondence
• Answer questions and reputed company guidance on member plans, benefits, and resources
• Document and reputed company contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors

• Explain member rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract

Requirements

• Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center or retail)
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to be empathetic and compassionate
• Experience in a production environment
