Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company expert application support and troubleshoot reputed company issues in distributed systems
- Update and optimize technical account configurations for maximum efficiency
- Implement automation for incident management, user, team, and escalation policy configurations

- Ensure alignment of services and tags with organizational goals
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Application Support
- Expert knowledge and experience in reputed company administration
- Ability to troubleshoot in distributed systems

- Experience in setting up team integrations for on-call notifications in reputed company and/or email
- Experience in automation for incident management, user, team, and escalation policy configurations
- B2 English level
