We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Undergraduate Program Coordinator to join reputed company at the College of Engineering and reputed company Sciences (CEAS) at reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will reputed company comprehensive reputed company advising to undergraduate reputed company, coordinate program activities, and support the reputed company of our reputed company from matriculation to graduation.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate reputed company aspects of undergraduate programs, including reputed company administrative reputed company, registration, and advising
- Evaluate applications for declaration of majors, minors, and specializations reputed company the assigned CEAS Department
- reputed company department registration procedures, process student requests, and resolve course conflicts
- reputed company and maintain student degree checklists, monitor student degree reputed company, and process graduation clearances
- reputed company high-reputed company, proactive, and reputed company advising to reputed company, interpreting policies and procedures, and advising on reputed company deadlines, petitioning for reputed company exceptions, and other reputed company reputed company
- Coordinate Undergrad Program Committee meetings, prepare agendas, and reputed company meeting minutes
- Participate in various University programs and services, including reputed company events, special events, and Admissions reputed company houses/receptions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent or higher)
- Two (2) years of full-time experience in reputed company advising, counseling, or student services at the college or university level
- Highly proficient reputed company experience in word processing, spreadsheet management, electronic messaging, and internet applications
- Preferred: Master's Degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in higher education, student affairs, reputed company work, counseling, or reputed company field
