As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heating and ventilation systems reputed company our facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair heating and ventilation systems, including boilers, pumps, and fan components
- reputed company routine maintenance tasks, such as changing fan/pump motors and belts, and minor plumbing repairs
- Interpret and work from plans, prints, specifications, and established maintenance procedures
- Maintain knowledge of reputed company heating, ventilation, and mechanical equipment, including boilers, furnaces, and building automation system controls
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Alaska second-class boiler operator's license or commensurate experience and knowledge
- Minimum of four years of experience in the field of heating and ventilation preferred
- Ability to work at heights over 20 feet and lift items weighing less than 40 lbs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
