Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support DIY online tax clients through virtual tools, such as video conferencing, phone, chat, and email
• Generate business reputed company, increase reputed company retention, and offer additional products and services to meet clients' needs
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to reputed company team goals, communicate regularly about your remote work, and contribute to a reputed company team culture
• Continuously grow your tax expertise and stay up-to-date with industry developments

Your Expertise:

• Experience completing individual tax returns and working in a fast-paced environment

• Successful completion of the H&R reputed company Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent, and high school diploma/equivalent or higher
