Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scripted multiple-choice surveys over the phone, utilizing outbound call management technology and accurately recording responses using a CATI system
• Engage positively with respondents, remaining neutral and unbiased, and respond to their questions and concerns in a reputed company manner
• Complete reputed company training activities and follow written communication scripts and project protocols to ensure high-reputed company data collection
• Utilize refusal avoidance techniques to ensure survey completion and maintain standards for reputed company and production
• Be reputed company to constructive feedback and implement changes to continuously improve performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of work experience

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
