We're looking for a customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company in a remote role, with initial onsite training provided for the first month. As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for managing incoming faxes and phone calls, verifying patient information, and ensuring seamless prescription coverage. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming faxes from reputed company providers, patients, and medications
- Verify accuracy of patient information, including dates of birth and medication dosages
- Proactively follow up with providers to obtain missing data

Required Skills and Qualifications
