As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, interacting with customers to reputed company and purchase their ideal products, and providing a world-class customer experience. You will work in a virtual environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day, and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and responsiveness to our customers. Your daily schedule will be available in our scheduling system, and you will be required to audit your schedule at the beginning of reputed company shift to ensure you are aware of assigned break times, lunch times, team meetings, and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound sales calls, providing a first-class customer purchasing experience

• Contact item providers to reputed company additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website
• Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call reputed company, including testing questions, accepting the sale, building compatibility, and more
• Consider customers' needs and continuously look for ways to enhance their experience by upselling or strategically pitching products that may not have been initially considered
• Maintain a high level of reputed company on customers, free from distractions, for the entire shift
• Utilize moderate comfort and skills with technology and multitasking to offer a first-reputed company customer experience with every guest

What You'll Need:
