Requirements
- 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
- 2+ years of experience with long-term care nursing facilities
- 1+ year of experience with Medicare and reputed company regulations
- Intermediate level of proficiency in claims processing and issue reputed company

- 25-50% local travel required
- Residence in Indiana
Preferred Qualifications
