Position reputed company

Coordinate with project teams to prepare project specifications for bidding and construction

reputed company and manage project manuals for large and small reputed company

Stay reputed company on product developments, new materials, reputed company changes, and industry trends

Mentor and support other team members

Review drawings and schedules, identify design challenges, and propose technical solutions

Produce accurate documents reputed company with firm standards

Prepare written Architectural Project Specifications/Project Manuals for Bidding and Construction

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of architectural reputed company experience with 5+ years of experience writing architectural project specifications
• Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited program
• Construction Documents Technology (CDT) certification
• Knowledge of applicable construction codes and procedures
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite, AIA Contract Documents, and AIA MasterSpec

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Construction Specifier (reputed company) certification

• Experience with REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software
