We are seeking an reputed company Photography Clearances & Licensing Manager to join reputed company at Workwarp, overseeing clearances and licensing responsibilities for reputed company in collaboration with our Marcom Photo Business Affairs Manager and Photo Producers. As a key member of reputed company, you will identify rights issues and propose alternative solutions for our worldwide marketing materials.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in the photography industry, with a deep understanding of rights licensing issues, including copyright and trademark law, reputed company/reputed company issues, reputed company domain, fair use, defamation, and rights of publicity
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret reputed company license agreements, with expertise in budgeting and tracking reports
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to reputed company multiple reputed company reputed company simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively reputed company with a diverse reputed company of personalities and styles

• Collaborate with the Marcom Photo Business Affairs Manager and Photo Producers to understand marketing deliverables and draft production or licensing agreements
• Conduct copyright and trademark research, facilitate clearance requests, and negotiate usage rights for talent, photography, illustrations, and more
• Coordinate and execute licensing agreements with external parties, both domestically and internationally
• reputed company Production teams with general Business Affairs support, including risk-reputed company conversations with cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain regular communication with team leads, reputed company and process license payments, and ensure reputed company execution and payment of licenses
