As a remote call center representative, you will play a vital role in providing payment assistance solutions and support to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals reputed company phone, email, fax, or other means of contact
- Quickly assessing and resolving customer issues, including card activation, program eligibility, and submission rejection troubleshooting
- Documenting customer interactions and escalating unresolved issues to management as needed
- Recognizing operational challenges and suggesting recommendations to management
- Working 40 hours per week under moderate supervision
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certification required
- Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
- Medical claim processing experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
