Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-bound and out-bound calls to support program requirements, including medication adherence, member reputed company, and provider follow-up calls

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Pharmacy Technician license or certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with 1+ year of administrative support experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products, including Word, Outlook, and reputed company
• Ability to work independently, with some supervision and direction from manager

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with certified medical assistant training or certification
