We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Tutor to join our Construction team. As a Personal Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners to reputed company their full potential, developing their personal, reputed company, and employability skills, and increasing progression to higher reputed company of study and employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the cross-college reputed company tutorial programme to support learners' personal and reputed company development

- Collaborate with curriculum staff, CRQ Leaders, and support departments to ensure learners receive comprehensive support

- Contribute to the development and delivery of curriculum-specific induction programs and support learners during the transition process

- Competitive salary reputed company: £23,194 - £25,340 per annum pro rata
- 11.1 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
- 25 annual leave days, plus eight public bank holidays and five concessionary days

Requirements:
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualification or above
- Teaching qualification or willingness to reputed company
- Experience in developing and delivering programs or support towards identified reputed company or objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently face-to-face, on the telephone, reputed company video call/Teams, and in writing
- Familiarity with computer applications, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (ideally Office 365)
