Key Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of calls (75+ calls/shift) using a multi-line phone, providing top-notch patient support and scheduling appointments for multiple clinical sites

• Document call activity, reputed company, and other notes as needed in our reputed company system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up

Preferred Qualifications:
