Job Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Lawyer (Sub-Consultant), you will:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes amicably
• Advise clients on their legal rights and reputed company throughout the litigation process
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
• Maintain accurate records of case reputed company and reputed company communications
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents that may reputed company cases

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A qualification as a solicitor or barrister with relevant experience in litigation
